Terms and conditions

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Pull Recipe (pullrecipe.com) and its related services (the “Service”), provided by TEXTINTEL FZE, Starcamp Global, DWTC The Offices One, Office Number 01.03, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. The Service

The Service creates written recipes from cooking videos you submit, using automated processing. Recipes are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate; amounts marked as inferred are estimates, not measurements. You are responsible for checking a recipe before you rely on it, including for allergens and food safety.

3. Accounts

You can use the Service without signing in; your account then lives in your browser and may be lost if you clear its data. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make purchases.

4. Free use, subscriptions and payments

• A limited number of videos is free on each account, as shown in the Service. Free use is also limited per network.
• Prices and plans are shown on our pricing page and before purchase. Subscriptions are subject to fair use.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply from the next billing period.

5. Refunds

You may request a full refund of your last subscription payment within seven (7) days of the payment by contacting support@pullrecipe.com. Each user may request a refund only once. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you submit and to your edits. You grant us a limited licence to process your content only as needed to provide the Service to you. You confirm that you have the right to submit the videos and links you use, and that your use of the Service complies with the terms of the platforms they come from.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit content that is unlawful, infringing or that you have no right to use;
• misuse, interfere with, copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service;
• circumvent usage limits or create accounts to obtain more free use.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and brand, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arose.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Turkish law. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish courts.
